QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi Bruce,

It's hard to tell for sure what's happening.  But my guess is a couple
possibilities.

1) maybe you have compression turned on in the test file.  Save it again making
sure that compression is off.
2) maybe you have a alpha channel that masks off the image

Check both of these.  Do you get any error messages?
