Joseph, right you were.  I guess that while thinking I'll print Black and White, I forgot the 'Gray' profile it's for the K7 inks and not my current RGB inks.  This made the trick.  I'm going to check, because if I remember correctly, Photoshop, using the same settings, even the 'gray' profile was able to print without this 'negative' effect.  Not sure why, and possibly I did not get the best ink matching that way, but resolved it very differently than Aperture.  

It's nice to find Aperture users out there.  There are not that many of us :)  Again.  Thanks so much for your help.  Highly appreciate it.  m.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
