I use the QTR over-ride to produce linearise files for QTR.  It produces a script with "Linearize" followed by the values of each step, separated by a gap.  I think this is for standard linearising using QTR ink descriptor files and not for creating ICC files. 

Try doing it again without selecting the QTR override to see if this will work.
