QTR-Quadtone RIP

QTR Print Tool is a Mac only application.  It was created to solve problems specific to Macs.
If you are referring to Quad Tone Rip (QTR), (different software then QTR Print Tool) there are several tutorials for Windows machines.  Try Tom Moore's as a good starting point.  Once you figure out the differences between the platforms, you will find the Mac tutorials helpful as well.
