I'd say the standard arrangement is to use M (18%) and LM (6%) in the LK and LLK positions. What happened with the original Carbon-6 formula, however, which was different than the Eb6 mixing, is that the lighter C6-M in the LK position caused the shadows to go flat. Putting C6-C in that position took care of the problem. Now that I switched my recommended C6 mixing to coincide with Eb6, that issue has disappeared. I suspect the profiles I make for my 7800 Eb6+HP LK & LLK are going to be closer to a full K3 Eb6 arrangement that uses the M and LM in the LK and LLK positions. Hope this helps.
