Hi Tim, Borderless is a feature of the Epson driver. You must pick one of the borderless paper sizes in the Page Setup or later CS versions in Print Settings. I also think borderless is only available for roll paper not sheets. Now that I look 36" is not one of the borderless sizes supported by Epson. It may be possible to declare it as 44" roll, turn off the paper check on front panel, and print just 36in of image. You'd need to play with size and expansion in driver to get it just right on paper. It should not matter whether you print from CS5, CS6, or Print-Tool as far as borderless issues.
