QTR-Quadtone RIP

Ken, 
  1) Be sure you make the calibration sheet with calibration mode chosen in the print driver.
  2) Make sure you print the step wedge normally (i.e., without calibration mode).

I can't make out all your measurements.  What is the reading for the most dense patch for each ink?
