The 40 is your default ink limit above on the page.  This is setting all
inks at limit=40 unless you
override it.  So I'm overriding it setting it to 20 for the two inks that
are doubled up.
Personally I'd but all the limits on each line so its more obvious what you
are doing.

You'll also need to do the same thing with your other doubled ink.  I.e. LM
-> density 23, limit 20
and LLK -> copy LM, limit 20.
