That is a curve I use when I print with QTR.  I edit in Gray Gamma 2.2.  I then save the file.  Next I apply that curve in Photoshop and save that adjusted file to my Desktop with "QTR" in the name.  That "QTR" file is then dropped into the QTR Gui.  (I use a PC.)  The curve, in effect, converts the profile from Gray Gamma 2.2 to straight line.  I discard the QTR file after printing.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
