QTR-Quadtone RIP

having produced an icc profile, thanks to Roy's QTR-Create-ICC 
droplet, how do you implement it's use for printing through QTR. Is
it a case of converting/assigning, the image your working on, with
the profile you've made, and then saving the converted version of the 
image for printing.

Which working space needs to be selected in Photoshop; 
QTR-RGB Lab,QTR-Gray Lab or 1 of the colour workspaces Adobe
1998/sRGB.

I've tried to read through the list here but can't find the info I 
need to my specific problem. I guess I'm just 1 step away from 
printing heaven, so close,
