Most of the curves for the 2200 were created to be used at 1440 dpi, this is the reason your prints don't work so well at 2880. You can try playing with the ink sliders, or better, just go with 1440. -Stephen www.sbillard.org/Stephen > -----Original Message----- > From: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com > [mailto:QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of isvibilsky > Sent: Monday, October 03, 2005 9:15 AM > To: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [QuadtoneRIP] What is the proper way to use 2880 dpi? > > > Hi, > > I found that my 2200 printer lays out too much black when I > use 2880 dpi resolution.
