Mac Pro Mavericks 10.9.1and QuadTone 2.7.3 install issue

I just got a new mac pro running mavericks OS 10.9.1.

i used migration assistant to copy everything over from my imac but I guess I needed to download quadtone rip again since I couldn't find it on my mac pro.

I have an epson 4900 used with piezo inks set.

just downloaded quad tone rip 2.7.3 fine, but when i go to install i double click on the "install4900-K7.command" this terminal message come up:

How do I fix this and why is this happening?
