Print Tool settings for digital negative

I have created a custom curve based on the results from the Ink Pattern Page.
Now I am confused because my initial though was to use No color management, and select my curve in the QTR print dialog. If this is the case:
1) which profile should be embedded in the image file?
2) And, how do I tell QTR the type of paper? (in this case glossy as I am printing on Pictorico).
If instead I need to use Application Managed, could you advise on:
1) the profile to use (maybe QTR_RGB_Photo_paper?)
2) which intent should I select (my guess is Perceptual)
