I have been using the print tool on a Epson 4000 with Cone K-7 inks for about a year and everything has been wonderful. Then about month ago, noticed today, it has been reducing the size of my images by about 1/2 inch in length and placing the images about 1/2 inch to the left of center on the paper. IT doesn’t mater if I am making a 9x7” image or a 12 x 18” image - they are both reduced by 1/2 inch in length and placement is moved 1/2 inch to the left. All the settings are correct in the window: image size, placement, I use TIFF images. What changed? Today I downloaded the new version, Print-Tool 1.1.0 - same thing. Any ideas? Have you heard of this problem before?
