I am using the Quad Tone RIP 2.7.0.0 on a PC with Windows 7. I have an Epson 3880 printer. I just installed QRT and am starting to configure. I see my printer in Printer Name window it reads without the quotes "Epson Stylus Pro 3880 (Copy 1)" which is the name I have been using for printing from Photoshop. However, the Printer Model window is blank and there is nothing in the drop down window to select. Can someone help me with the next step, with getting my printer selected in the Printer Model window for configuration?
