If you want to print one ink only you can open the ink separation page in photoshop, crop to the channel you want to print and save it as something like "ink-sep_LK.tif" and make sure you do not embed an icc profile. then you can print only that in calibration mode at whatever ink limit you want as to not waste ink in the other channels.
