Good Evening:
I have printed for several years using QTR and an Epson 3880 from an Apple computer. Earlier this evening I installed a new profile in QTR and when I attempted to print the image, issues arose as follows:
I can no longer select a paper size - the only option is "Option 1"; and
The drop-down box in the second print screen (it opens at "Layout" and by scrolling down one can select a new profile) would not allow me to select any profile - the (as I remember it) three choices below the horizontal line in that drop-down box are no longer available and the only notation is "Unsupported PDE" which is double-lined out.)
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
