Thanks for all the feedback.
I was using a static IP but I’ll try Bonjour. I think I tried Bonjour before and it only found the Epson printer, not the Quad.
The version of QTR I’m using is 2.7.5 - would that make a difference?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
