I'm running windows 7 on a PC laptop. I installed QTR using the exe file downloaded from the QTR website. I can print using the QTR gui (Version 2.7.0) on an Epson 9900. When I click on the curve creation tool, I get a error message:
Access violation at address 004058F7 in module 'QRTgui.exe'. Read of address 00000518.
The print is plugged in to the laptop. I have tried restarting the computer, then installing with Firewall off. Not sure what is going on or how to remedy the situation.
Any suggests appreciated.
