Windows 10 Error writing to printer

I have been using QTR successfully on my XP machine for quite a while.

I installed it on my Windows 10 laptop and when I try printing I get:

"RAW Print
Error writing to printer"

No lights flash on the printer.

I can print using PS and LR with no problems.

The printer is a R1900.

Can anyone help?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
