I have been using Quadtone RIP since long in my MAC. I even updated to Yosemite with no problems. All of the sudden the driver became not visible any longer when using programs like Photoshop. The only possible cause I can think of is a conflict with the installation of a new HP printer, but I find it strange.
I tried to re-install everything. I run the installation script fand it apparently went well creating the right profiles. Despite so the printer QuadR800 did not show up. But this happens only for the UC inks. When I run the script for the 3MK and K7 they appear as printers immediately (QUADR800-3mk and QuadR800-k7 respectively)...
The behavior is really puzzling and all attempts to understand it and try to make it working failed...
Has anyone experienced anything similar ? Any idea ?
The printer is the Epson R800
