"Insufficient folder privileges for profile creation" message

Need a bit of help.

 

I added a new P800 printer and so this morning I downloaded the latest
update of QTR.  Unfortunately, on start I note an "Insufficient folder
privileges for profile creation" message that I cannot clear. I am using
Windows 7.  Suggestions for rectifying the problem would be very gratefully
received.
