I don't know how to limit the ink with a partitioned profile in the same way that I do it with the single gray value profiles where all Curves follow the K. You might try adding the other inks as additional gray values, and then set these values very low so that very little ink is used, as I did below in increasing the number of gray parts to 5, and then adding Y as the 5th value of 1. This does change output of the other gray parts just a bit, but probably not enough to impact its shape.
