If you bought QTR and had a download link, you did not install the curves from the Community Edition but you installed curves from the default QuadtoneRIP>Profiles>7600-9600-K7 folder. In general there are two things going on: The 7600-9600 is a very old printer so most curves at this point will not work perfectly for it. You are using office paper. That will not work at all because this is a fine-art system that loads ink and requires specific paper (Hahnemuhle Photo Rag, etc) to work. In generally I do suggest reading the manual found in >Applications>Piezography>Instructions>The Piezography Manual Community Edition. This has a comprehensive over-view of the Piezography system, how the curves work, how to print using Print-Tool with No Color Management, etc. If you really want to get a perfect print on this printer which is not entirely supported anymore, I suggest getting a custom linearization done by us at InkjetMall or by a friend who has PPE or Richard’s utility. This 1 linearization (matte paper) will work on a vast array of different matte papers so you really only need to get one done. best, Walker > On Apr 4, 2017, at 8:57 AM, xian@...
