QTR-Quadtone RIP

Nick,

You seem to have two issues going on.

First, the feeding issue is probably the same as an intermittent problem
also on the 2200.  I've made some changes to the next version 2.3.2 that
address this and from reports have improved/solved that.  So I would expect
that the 2100 would benefit also.

Second, is a bit more mystifying.  You seem to have part of the installation
but for some reason no folder with profiles in it.

My recommendation is to download the new version 2.3.2.   Then:
1) Remove the current Quad2100 printer
2) Install the 2.3.2 install package (.pkg)
3) Install  Profiles/2100-2200-UC/Install2100

I expect it will all be fine.  You should have a Quad2100 printer and several profiles.
But check the output page from (3) for any errors -- if any cut and paste that 
output and email to me with the diag output too.
