I forgot to mention that I did install QTR normally and move my personal files from the folder in which QTR had put them to those same folders. That is why I am confused.

You provided a hint that those original locations were incorrect. I just need to know the names and locations of the actual correct folders.

I could also use a translation of the error message that always pops up when I attempt to create a new curve.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
