I printed the Ink Pattern Page using the Calibration Mode in QTR on my P800.
Using settings 2880 Super, PK ink, uni-directional, adaptive hybrid on Epson UPPP Luster.
Visually under bright lights the 50 step and 45 step look the same. So 50 or 55 would be my visual choice for Dmax.
Measuring with a Spyder Datacolor 1005 the following key readings.

The Dmax value at Step 45 and above is greater than a typical 2.2 Dmax on air dried F surface on a Silver Gelatin print.
So questions, What should be my choice for Black or Black Boost Limit in QTR?
Should I print out again in the Calibration mode the Ink Pattern Page? What Limit;
50, 55, etc?
If I go with the measured maximum Dmax (Step 80), would it be harder to get the separation in the shadow detail that would show up visually?
Thanks for any comments or ideas, Terry
