Roy, I think I've found this is a "time-of-day" issue, related to ambient light in my workroom. The color match seems okay when I get the ambient light under control. I did discover a weird property of the CS2 proof setup dialog along the way. In the proof setup dialog, with the preview between unchecked, I get a full simulate ink black/paper white preview.
