One of the pdf's that I've downloaded describes four different levels of printing. Most of us, myself included, use QTR for quality and flexibility, and that was the top of the list. At the other end of the list is good ol' Ctrl-P. One of the two in between uses an ICC profile, and the other one I can't remember.
Again, I realize we don't have the flexibility of QTR. The reason I'm asking is that I have many note cards that I've put together in WordPerfect (yes, you read that right!), and they include b/w photos. The notecards' extension is .wpd. I use a heavy matte paper, Epson's Premier Presentation Matte, and they turn out rather well, if I do say so.
What cartridges in a six-position inkset does Ctrl-P use? All of them? Just a couple? Is the toner position used? All six parts used equally?
Just curious...
