QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm getting great prints with my R2400, BUT, when I click landscape to 
print, it flips back to portrait right before it prints. Fit to page is 
checked but I thought this would force it to FTP in either format.

Also, are you supposed to always get the 3 DOS windows everytime you 
click print?
