This is an addendum to my last post, hopefully with a bit more information. The banding is file-specific. That is, not all files exhibit the bands at the beginning and end of the print. I have one file that demonstrates it repeatedly, using QTR. Not present using the Epson driver. I am running QTR 2.315.0 on Windows XP. Hope this helps, Craig Sanders
