Nemo, the application you want to use is "MeasureTool" located within the ProfileMaker folder. Your eye-one must be hooked up. Once you have the spectro hooked up, go to the Tools menu, select "Instrument Configuration," Reflection and I guess the Port would be Auto. After that, make sure it says OK at the bottom of the Instrument Configuration window. After that, you should be good to load the chart and do your measurements.
