On a Mac you have to both install the program with the installer, and install the profiles that are in the profile folder. There is a separate profile installer for each printer in the same folder as the profiles. The printer then appears directly in the list of available printers---you do not need to add it using the Printer Setup Utility as you would with any other printer. Has been a while but as I recall the QTR printer does not appear until the profiles are installed. And it shows in Page Setup and the Print dialog box, not in automate and also not in applications. Basically it is an option when you go to print, not an application. There is also now a tutorial on Roy's site I think, and certainly instructions on how to print with it.
