QTR-Quadtone RIP

I've been testing QTR with my Epson R2400.  I have installed the Ink Republic CIS system.  I've 
done some printing with the CIS prior to trying QTR.  Tonight I printed 6 photos on Epson 
Mate Heavyweight paper (11x14).  I'm printing an 8x10 image centered on the 11x14 paper. 
From print 2 onward I started getting color streaks in the lower right hand corner (all portrait 
orientations).  I've uploaded a scan of a print with this problem, the file InkRepublic-
Problem.jpg illustrates this problem.

Has anyone seen this problem?  I don't think it is QTR related but just incase I thought I'd 
ask.  Anyone have comments on Ink Republic's CIS?
