David,

This is not possible with QTR.  It works from a single B & W channel.
 You would need to use selections in Photoshop and then convert to
duotone and then to RGB and print as a color image.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
