QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm using Qimage "print to file" function before printing through QTR.
I'm having a problem in defining the correct size. I use A4 size paper
(210mm x 297mm) and on the print size in Qimage I choose borderless
and on the "print to file" dialogue where paper size is defined, I
input 210x297mm. The file printed in Qimage seems to be sized as
intended (borderless on a 210x297mm paper) but when I open the file in
QTR, even though I choose the same page size exactly, the image
wouldn't fit the page and when printed, it comes out with a thick
border. How can I address this problem?
