QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm creating some 2400 curves for Silver Rag and am using the
IlfordSmPearl-neutral-cool as a starting point.  I noticed that the
linearization values starts with the 100% value in the upper left but
with other papers and my old 2200 it's the opposite.  Tom Moore's
excellent user guide also says 0% should start in the upper left. 
Does it matter?
