QTR-Quadtone RIP

I used QTR 2.3.1 with UT-7 ink set several times and it worked great. 
Then today it started printing on the edge of the paper what ever side 
comes out first no matter if I set the paper up myself or check center 
in QTR. I have tried custom sizes, standard sizes, different papers 
and settings I have tried several size photos and resized photos. 
I have changed all settings on my Epson 2200 and turned it off and 
unpluged it. I rebooted computer(Windows XP Pro) I uninstalled QTR and 
even tryed the QTR uninstall software. Then I did a clean install and 
then did it all again and installed QTR gui 2.4.3.8.
I renamed the photos and resized again. Redid all settings on 
printer.Tried every different setting in QTR No effect starts printing 
on what ever edge comes out first.
Any one have any ideas?
