It's a bit hard to tell onscreen but it does appear that there is spatter occurring. I would try cleaning the underside of the LK head using the techniques listed in the wide format groups archives and putting windex w/ ammonia d on it's cap station and leaving it set awhile before a couple of cleaning cycles, to see if that helps. It takes very little jet deflection to create problems like what you seem to have. It could be nothing more than ink buildup under the head.
