QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am trying to get the RIP to work with the 1160, but every print is 
blue, black and a nice shade of magenta. Any one know what this is 
doing and if the RIP really will work with the 1160....using a TIFF 
file, of course and the Epson 1160 ink set

Appreciate an answer..... sometimes even "no" is a good answer....
