QTR-Quadtone RIP

John  - Use Gray Gamma 2.2 when working with Piezo at the point where 
you print the target.  Gray Matte is for use with QTR other than 
Piezo.  The ultimate profile you create will be built on GG 2.2 plus 
the curve.
