Do I have to > perform a printhead alignment in every single OS (all of the same > type)? I'm not surprised that it's hard to find this information. The only programming manual I have is for the 2000P, and it doesn't list any commands for setting any sort of nonvolatile information into the printer, so my guess is that this info is kept in the registry. If this is true, then QTR either knows where it is or doesn't use it. On the other hand, I know there is a command for resetting the chips on the carts, and that wasn't in the manual, so the manual is obviously incomplete. -- Ciao, Paul D.
