Actually, I'm using Windows XP, PWP prof..., Holger, In case you have not heard of this yet, check out Paul Roark's website at http://home1.gte.net/res0a2zt/photos.html. He has developed a way to generate ICC profiles for use in B&W printing using QTR's ICC generation capability. However, one thing you need to know is that while PWP will provide a complete color managed work flow using icc profiles from every other source, for some reason it will not accept icc's generated by QuadToneRIP. Photoshop and other programs do accept these profiles, so it appears to be an issue with PWP. I have posted this on PWP message board a couple of times to no avail. See the message on Digital Light and Color's message board for PWP entitled, "Black and White in PWP". There was no response. In another post, Jonathan Sacks indicated fixing this problem was low on his list of priorities. Maybe if enough of us raise this issue, he'll do something about it. Frankly, with the degree of responsiveness Jonathan and company give to this product, I'm surprised they are not more attentive to this apparent bug in PWP. Bob
