are you starting at the beginning of the calibration procedure; that is, printing the ink 
separation test page "inkseparation.psd" to identify the ink limit? if this the case, then you 
should do this:

1-open inkseparation.psd into photoshop without applying color management, and print 
without color management
2-click on the pop-up menu below PRESETS and choose QUADTONE RIP
3-click on MODE pop-up menu and select QuadTone RIP Calibration, and all Curves are 
None.

just in case you missed it, you can find more information on this procedure on "The Ink 
Separation Test Page" on page 1 of the Calibration.rtdf file located inside CurveDesign 
folder.
