QTR-Quadtone RIP

I don't think the older versions saved Media Type (or Media Source). These could
be added if people think they belong with the preset. Media Type seems to make
sense, how about Media Source?

Before I installed the 2.5 version it seems to me that when I saved a "Preset"
that the media type was also saved.  Now it does not save it.

Is my memory failing me?
