I finally downloaded the new update.  I am having the same problem.  
I have no idea where the install command is.  Also, there isn't even 
a folder for 3800 profiles.  I guess you just make a new one.  By the 
way, I am on a PC.  I don't even know if the instructions I printed 
are for PC or mac.

Maybe someone else can help.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
