QTR-Quadtone RIP

I just read a post in the forum at Photo.net that read as follows: 

"First, as I recall, if you're using QTRgui or the Mac version, you can choose between all the 
different dithers (Hybrid Floyd-Steinberg, Eventone, etc) in the GIMP print driver, but only 
three dithers are actually implemented in QTR, ordered, fast and adaptive hybrid. So 
picking any other setting just gets you "ordered"."

Is this true?
