QTR-Quadtone RIP

In the latest version of QTR with the 3 curve spit capability, if you
are printing with a singe hue K6, no additional colors, do you need to
click on that Split Tone Curve Blending check box, which reveals the
mids and shadows OR do you leave it just showing the highlights curve
(the default). I assume the latter. It doesn't save them all 3 checked
when you make a preset.
