I have read the manual and would like to know what would be the benefit of my downloading "Quadtone RIP" for use in B&W photos with my setup, especially those with a similar process? I am currently utilizing PhotoShop CS3 with a few printers. My Epson is the "Stylus Photo R300." I have been using PS since 5.0 and am knowledgeable printing many hundreds of pictures for personal use only mostly of female models and landscapes. I enjoy B&W and would appreciate knowing if this will assist me in generating better and sharper pictures then the method used currently? Is it faster then the print dialogs in PS and Epson which are redundant and time consuming? Is it a standalone program? Thank you for your assistance.
