QTR-Quadtone RIP

You can setup curves to use whatever inks you desire. However, this is not a
'novice' feature. Be prepared to do some experimentation.

Looking to see whether the QuadtoneRIP GUI can be enhanced to support
enabling / disabling calibration of inks, i.e., give me the ability to run
calibration on specific colors. This would provide a means with dealing with
plugged heads (and saving ink) that I don't currently have with my Epson
print drivers.
